    5k this morning and 1.5 hrs of yoga this evening

    I cleared out the dining room, scrubbed the floor and steam cleaned the front door mat whilst intermittently running the kids about :)
    Riding tomorrow - can't wait :)

    Amazing! Tell me how you got started with the running? I've never been a runner and am 52 years old. I definitely want to try it in the future. I am walking 3 miles comfortably for about 5 weeks. I can't imagine running 8 miles much less walking it. Congrats to you!

    Shopping, house work, cleaning out my basement, walking, elliptical, bicycling, etc. Whatever I can do just to keep the blood flowin' works. :happy:

    I did 45 minutes of zumba and I did 3 sets of heavy weights and then I walked home from the gym.

    At 6 this morning one hour of the firm cardio sculpt,later this afternoon,one hour of body sculpting and weight training.Just my new normal everyday routine.

    I have been doing vigorous house cleaning today. How do you count calories burned doing that. LOL But it is really a work-out.

    If the kids will cooperate, 3 miles on the treadmill in the family room at our gym (I love our gym!), then 1000m in the pool. Then, we play in the pool.

    For July 28, 2012, I would say either the walking I had done today or the Zumba routine I had done during the National Dance Day gathering in Cape Canaveral Florida...

    BTW, I am more than likely better at walking than Zumba. But, I enjoy Zumba more...

    Did 30 minutes on the treadmill with on an incline, and then tested for my green belt in Tae Kwon Do, in which i sweated my butt off for close to an hour.
