    I do his beginner workout video ...LOVE IT!!! I only do 20-25 min / day though or else im really sore the next day.

    TODAY I DID 6 LOAD OF LAUNDRY and hung them on/took them off the clothesline...and folded and put them ALL away .
    . plus, I rolled my compost pile for 15 minutes.

    I walked for over an hour pushing a stroller with a 30 pound toddler in it as well as 5 bags of groceries. Tomorrow I am trying JM No More Trouble Zones, which was in one of the bags of groceries.

    Deadlift day! I was planning to hit 185 pounds, but had to bite the bullet and lower it to 175. Still, I'm happy, and that's nearly a bodyweight deadlift.

    I also did hanging leg raises and good-mornings, each for five sets of twelve.

    I also biked for 15 minutes.
    And did some strength training!

    seated shoulder press- 5 sets 8 reps 30 ibs
    bench chest press- 6 sets 8 reps 75 ibs
    50 push ups non stop (half reg. half diamond)
    tricep rope pushdowns - 5 sets 70 ibs
    bb sh press - 5 sets 8 reps 40 ibs
    bw dips - 5 sets 10 reps
    lying bridge chest flys - 3 sets 12 reps 15 ibs

    tomorrow = back / bi ew. :[

    3 mile jog this morning, and will do 45 minutes of laps in the pool in a few hours. And of course, the dog walks!

    today was weighted sit ups for 20 minutes and 20 minute bike ride = 40 minute @ 214 calories

    10 sets of front kettleball raises, 10 reps, 20lbs
    10 mins on the Stairmaster, lvl 8
    30 reps of 105lbs on hip abduction
    30 reps of 105lbs on hip adduction
    3 sets of 10 reps (different foot positions) on seated leg press, 95 lbs
    85lbs, 20 reps lower back extension
    50lbs, 4 sets of 15 Glutes (donkey kicks)
    75lbs, 20 reps seated leg curls
    60lbs, 20 reps leg extension
    30lbs, 10 reps (arms are tired from kettleball!) Of lateral arm raises
    50 lbs, 20 reps seated row
    50lbs, 15 reps tricep extension
    25 minutes, level 8 (75 rpm) stationary bike.

    Phew! Definitely need to up my reps, and increase my weights with the leg press,glutes,adduction,and lower back.
    Decent burn though :)

    Taking it easy tonight, but I work on the 9th floor and I didn't take the elevator even one time today. Always makes me proud when I can accomplish that.

    2x8 Skullcrushers
    2x10 Standing bicep curls

    20 minutes of cardio

    Tomorrow is an hour of Wing Chun after work
