    3 mile run and 70 minutes of soccer.

    my kids are at day camp this week, so instead of my normal walk in the evening, i have to walk half a mile to drop them off in the morning, and another half mile to pick them up in the afternoon.

    That's a great walk. I walk a half mile every day at lunch when I am at work. I am starting back my C25K after giving my knees some time off. I did W6D1 today- barely. I am going to repeat it W6D1 in two days and then progress upward from there.

    60 minutes pilates then 30 minutes cardio. Saturday is my chill day but doing an early class gets me out of bed!

    So far 30 min treadmill walk and run and light strength training...but I;m not done yet...

    5 minute warmup on the treadmill with an incline, followed by a 30 minute workout using a Cableflex (Google it) with 2 minute cardio intervals on the treadmill, and then 16 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill

    35 minutes of water jogging and then 15 minutes of swimming with the grandbaby...Then 30 minutes back to school shopping for my son...I think that was the hardest.

    10 min brisk walk to the gym, followed by 1 hour Zumba class and 10 min walk home. Might put on some pandora a do some dancing before bed

    Did 10K walk/jog in 85 minutes..... took 6 minutes off my time from last Sunday for the same route! :happy:

    Hiked the Manitou Incline today. 1 mile up, 2000 ft elevation, 4123 steps. My thighs were on fire!
    After that hiked 3 miles back down the mountain on a trail.
