    12 sets of jump roping (75 jumps per set)

    Monday is my "burn it out" day.

    A scheduled 3.5 mile run. Didn't feel so good today after a tough soccer game Saturday. Survived it.

    30 minutes of intervals on the treadmill from the new edition of Oxygen Women's Fitness (the really thick one). Highly recommend this edition it is worth the $$. It has a woman with a red sports bra and black bottoms on the front.

    16 minutes of dancing to the Bee Gee's with my 7 year old and 10 month old daughters :-) We had a blast "-)

    I :heart: the Bee Gee's!!! Every time I hear them played in the grocery store I dance and sing along. My children loooooove that. Haha!

    Oh, this morning was Jackie A2 (chest, quads, triceps, core). Was really supposed to be A3, but I goofed. Same parts, just different moves anyway.

    Less than 48 minutes of Zumba. Not really sure. Someone came to the house and you can't pause the PS3 (or if you can, I have no idea how!), and then it got stuck towards the end! Frustrated for sure, but at least I got off my *kitten* and did something.

    abdominals with 2 minute cardio intervals

    then 15 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill

    Yesterday was Jackie Warner B3 (back, hammies, bi's, core) and *****cat Dolls Dancer's Body Workout. Didn't get a huge burn, but maybe once I have the dance moves down and wear my 4" heels and a bustier I'll be better. :wink:
