I met a friend at our favorite trail and power walked 7 miles. Came to the starting point, said goodbye to her, got out my bike and biked another 7 miles with my sister in law and niece. It was wonderful:smile:

Ran, Swam, Biked, Hiked, walked (took the dog for awhile) and lifted weights at the gym.

Not a bad day. But certainly not as much as I prefer.

I lifted weights while listening to Nathan Fillion singing "Everyone's a hero in their own way".
Then did 5 minutes on each of these machines:
    stair-climber
    bouncy-go-round (elliptical)
    rowing

and tripped out the door thinking "You, and you, and mostly ME, and youuuuu".

Later tonight, I'll take an easy 30 minute walk along the river path.

Lots of cardio: half hour on the treadmill (manual, 4:1 jogging:brisk walk intervals), half hour recumbent bike (hill setting), half hour arc trainer (weight loss, essentially intervals). 15ish minutes of abs with a balance ball: 45 second plank, 8 ball transfers, 12 ball touches, 10 knee-ins, all for 3 sets
