    Forty minutes of Zumba and then 20 minute of jogging and running sprints on my treadmill (plus 5 minute warmup/cool down and 15 minutes of stretching).

    then I did some cardio.

    I walked back and forth to the bathroom all day.. and lifted the remote about 20 reps or so. I have the stomach flu. :(

    30 minutes of Just Dance 2 then 30 minutes of Wii Fit Plus in the morning. This afternoon, if weather permits, dog walk for 30-45 minutes.

    My exercise for the day is riding my Harley, so I ALWAYS enjoy "working out".

    I started to laugh when I read your post, but then read the end - I hope you feel better soon. Stomach flu is never fun.

    I did 1 hour on the treadmill
    1 hour on the stationary bike
    10 min melt it off resistant training.
    20 min pilates

    25 mins moving staircase, 10 mins wave elliptical, 20 mins Nike Training Club "Squat Party"

    After seeing what everyone else did, I feel almost inadequate!!

    After a 12+ hour day at work, I WILL go for my 30 min walk/run this evening.

    Doing the "Run your Butt Off" program. On phase 2 but moving to 3 soon.

    Glad I posted this earlier today. Worked later than expected... Would probably have blown off exercise if I had not posted this.

    Im going to do - 30 min on elliptical.
    30 sit ups x 5 x 5
    30-40 mins on treadmill (walking and running)
    20 mins on this arm peddler thing.

    then

    10 pushups
    20 situps
    25 squats
    20 lunges (10 per leg)
    80 jumping jacks
    60 second wall sit

    x3.

    ...Rougly burn 700 cal.

    Might do some weights while Im at it. LOL.

    I'm still getting over a nasty migraine (just have the dull ache now)-
    so all I am doing is a couple short walks.

    Yesterday was a long (for me) bike ride (which is why I go the nasty migraine)

    I did level 1 of the 30 Day Shred and I am on day 3.I love it:) and I also did like 20 minutes on my ab circle pro.

    7 flights of stairs 10X with push ups and v-ups in between every set...and I have a volleyball game tonight!!
