Honestly, in my opinion, you wouldn't go out on the street and flash your "bits" without expecting some creepers so why would it be any different here. Everyone is entitled to be proud of their progress, but just be aware that there are creepers everywhere.

I have been here since May 2010 and I have lost 69lbs, 57lbs in the first year, then for some reason the losses became really really really slow and not consistent at all. I totally lied when I got it by like 40lbs today I am 15lbs lighter than the weight I lied about being then.

I was stuck at 60lbs lost for months, no matter what I did. I recently took a break from my 6 day a week work outs and just said "I deserve some time off" low and behold what happens! I start losing again. Sometimes if we push our bodies too much they go on strike. Good luck to you!

I have to say that I am the same way. If it has the slightest brown spot I WILL NOT eat it! I am this way with all fruit. If it is not at perfect ripeness I won't eat it.

I did turbo jam for a year and a half and loved it. It's a great work out and great energy. I had to change it up a bit but I still throw some TJ in there on occassion

Girl I was stuck with the same 3lbs for over 6 months! I tried it all zig zagging, resting, changing workouts and every other possible thing I could try. It just took time. I agree with some of the other posters. I only log it as exercise when I do deep cleaning, such as moving furniture to clean walls & base boards or getting down on hands and knees to scrub floors. The light every day stuff though I wont log, but if it took me hours and I am completely beat afterwards for sure I am logging…

I actually told an "aquantance" to grab a pen and paper and I would tell her my secret. She did and I told her cool now write this down! Eat LESS and move your *kitten*, she wrote it down then stopped looked at it and looked at me and called me a choice name then stormed off. I stood and laughed. :laugh:

I use to suffer from Chronic Insomnia and I found that working out at night really helped for me personally.
