the key to any program is being consistent at it, I have often used the BB.com for tips and ways to tweak workouts. Make sure your diet is clean, and the training intense and results will come! Soon as I recover fully from back surgery I will be back on the weights! And we can go back and forth about weight training!!

I am in!!! I ignore the weeks for the most part and that is a habit I have to shake....i do so well monday to about friday afternoon...but Friday evening until Sunday night it's like trying to find Waldo!!!!!!
