I am feeling really frustrated!! I have changed my eating habits. I eat lots of vegetable and barely eat the bad foods I once did. I do at least 45 minutes of cardio four or five days a week. I also have stopped drinking soda and have been drinking a lot of water. However....I barely lose any weight! A loss is always better then a gain, but I need better results, I feel like it's pointless. Does anyone have any tips for excercise that would help me out? Any help or ideas is greatly appreciated! :-)

Just a quick note: you may not lose weight or you may even gain weight the first couple of weeks adding strength till your body adapts to the consistency of it. I'm telling you now so you don't give up after the first day.

do you change up your cardio? If you walk on the treadmill 30 mins each time, same pace, same elevation.... your body gets used to it. Change it up a bit. Or cut your cardio in half, do the first half (say 20 mins cardio), then go do some weights, or squats, or abs etc... then return to the same machine or another machine and do another 20 mins. etc..

Keep surprising your body and you'll see results! xo

ps. If you're stressed or you aren't sleeping, your cortisol (hormone) levels will raise blood sugar = weight gain.

Take a good look at some relaxation techniques and evaluate your sleep habits. xo
