And I can't go look at him with the little one asleep...if the police don't contact me in an hour I'm calling my sister in law...she's a teacher so I really hate to wake her, but I don't know what else to do...

I just talked to the police. I can't believe this is happening. I feel so sick. I let them know he's suicidal, they sounded concerned. He doesn't really hang out with anyone, a result of his crippling depression. (He's in therapy, he's been urged by his therapist and myself to get on medications, but he kept putting it…

Aww thank you, that's very kind. She has a double ear-infection, my poor baby...but alas, this is parenthood. I have so much respect for single parents. My boyfriend, her father, is a great help, and I don't know if I could do it without him. :] Happy Valentine's Day, early, be good to yourself, and your own Valentine. You…

1.) Buy a swimsuit. I haven't worn one since before I was pregnant (my daughter is almost 2). I didn't even wear shorts last summer (in Oklahoma-we get above the 100's.) I was MISERABLE. So yeah. Buy a swimsuit. and... 2.) Shorts. 3.) Get a tattoo on my arm. I have one on my back of a religious symbol I no longer follow.…

Now that you mention emotional eating, I think that's my issue too. Work has been stressful and my daughter (she's almost 2) has been sick, so everything's just...stressful...tomorrow I think I'm going to get a good workout in, maybe some yoga, and try to defuse this neverending stressbomb. xD

Thank you. :] I really love this community.

Quinne Suicide: I'd add more, but she's a nude model. :P She's gorgeous, she's petite, she's curvy, feminine and soft. A body my boyfriend would die for, and a body I can definitely attain in just 25-30 pounds. :]

I use no-cal butter spray for grilled sandwiches. Not sure if 'healthy' but it saves a lot of calories and fat! :D
-
Christina Aguilera, at a healthy weight (not anorexic thin nor overweight) I think I just really sympathize with her because it's so hard to keep a healthy weight as a short girl. I think she's beautiful no matter what though, honestly. :]

Not going to lie, I had no idea who this is, I googled and was like WHAAA? I thought all female pro wrestlers looked nasty-she is definetely an exception!

WOW! I love this picture, totally ideal for me. When I was younger I thought I wanted to be super skinny, and at one point I was (I looked like I was 10 when I was 17-18) Now I'm with a man who I can tell GENUINELY loves curvaciousness. Just gotta lose my excess fat and get a little toned. I'll be happy. :]

LOL thanks for your advice everyone-you guys are awesome! I sobered up a bit after midnight (I track 12-12) with some healthy muffins...I know, NOT the best outcome, but I still have around 1100 leftover for tomorrow and I plan to go work my *kitten* off at the gym. This was fun. :P

This is so true. I was having a rough time at 1000 cal, bumped it up the reccommended 1440...hello weight loss of 1-2 lbs a week! :D

I make mine with the hot water maker (old fashioned oats) so it's not as soft as making it the 'correct' way. Add a bit of splenda, cinnamon, and raisins.

That's awesome! Something that woke me up was a quote I saw online a few months ago-"Saying 'oh well, I already screwed up once, might as well just binge the rest of the day' is like saying 'oh well, i dropped my phone, may as well smash it." So simple, but I liked it. :] THIS! Depravation is a 'diet' trick not a…

I commend you for this. I started and gave up after every binge for YEARS. This time I'm going to accept that habits can't be changed overnight, and it's going to happen. About once every 1-2 weeks I have a binge anywhere from 300-1000 over my limit. I don't beat myself up. I don't even make promises of intense workout. I…

I quit reading anything the majority of the fashion industry snobs have to say after reading an article written by a fancy designer (I can't for the life of me remember who it was) going on and on about how all confident curvacious women are just kidding themselves.
-
Thank you! I completely agree. It seems as though this user is a bit notorious for such!
-
How do you figure? Three women can follow the same exercise/diet routine, and at their fittest, one could appear thin with lean muscle, the other may look more athletic with 6 pack, muscle tone, and the other may have curves/hips/large breasts compared to the others.
-
I've lost 8 pounds in January! I'm making a commitment this time to be okay with losing it slowly and not beat myself up during a 'bad' day. I feel MUCH more likely to lose the weight this way. :)

Chocolate, candy, cookies, cake, cupcakes.

Definitely. As one article said 'the greatest thing exercise does is make your body cravy healthy things. Just yesterday I was binging on chocolates at work. I stopped myself, went power walking a half hour, came back, looked at the sweets and thought bleeeeh. I know, I still binged, but I ate half as much as I normally…

A few years ago, I would've said an AE or Abercrombie model. But as I've gotten a bit older, I find the Curvy Kate models MUCH more beautiful (and I SO WISH we had that line in the US). I'm learning to appreciate my natural shape (much thanks to my boyfriend). Round hips and butt, large breasts, small waste, soft but flat…

I'm a 'recovering addict'. Last night I even accidently had a binge. It's like any other addiction: Some can quit cold-turkey, others, like myself, have to ease out of it and may have 'relapses'. If I can go a whole week without eating any sugar (minus fruit, I don't count that) I allow myself a Skinny Cow chocolate (you…

You have pretty hair!

Waitress^

How silly. I eat cheese in small amounts, usually fat-free or part-skim (I especially love Laughing Cow Light mmm). Yes, full-fat cheese isn't very good for you, but it's just silly to single that out.

Wow! Way to go! Love your panda shirt, btw. :D

Dang girl you go! You look like the wonderful Monroe herself. :D

A human head! Ew! Haha. One cinder block to go. :P
