Can't remember who said it but.... "Eat. Not too much. Mostly plants." I try to keep this in mind-weight loss doesn't have to be rocket science! If it is--go see a doctor, you might have an underlying issue (like thyroid or hormone imbalance!)

Thanks! I love this blog. :P

I posted it here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/473102-cookie-dough-holics-look-here-can-be-made-vegan :]

I've always struggled with VERY dry skin. I tried everything-from the drugstore to Saks brands to derm-suggest brands. About a year ago I started using (believe it or not) Pond's moisturizer in the little pot. It's cheap and incredibly powerful without making you feel greasy. I know, weird, but it's great, and I don't know…

Celery! Very low cal and gives you that 'crunch' you might be craving (from years of eating chips or whatevs...I totally hear ya if that's the case haha). Sometimes I'll just get a big bowl of spinach, either raw with a bit of low-fat vinageriate (can never spell that word correctly) or cooked with a few seasonings. :D

I completely agree. A few things that need to go, that I've seen on here a lot (in my opinion): *People insisting you have to stop eating after 7 (this is a suggestion to those that tend to overeat at night, but some, like myself, just aren't all that hungry earlier in the day and keep under my cal pretty well most days)…

I know, right? It's not bad! And I'm really picky about my eggs. I might add milk as another poster suggested...the bottom got a little too dry. Otherwise, tastes just like stovetop eggs!

Thanks everyone! I definitely think I'll start planning it out and allow myself a binge of around 300 (that'll put me at 1500 cal for that day)...as of right now it's not planned so I just kinda go overboard. o.0 I guess a few years of bad habits are just REALLY hard to kill!

I'm in! SW 158. :D

Just a note-after refrigeration, it tastes AMAZING! :D

Btw, it got a lot of repins. :] Way to go!

Pinning this to Pinterest on my "to make" board. :D

Thanks!! I guess I'll quit being lazy and add it next time xD

To be frank, I think you look REALLY good at your current weight. I hope to look like that in a few months. :]

So inspirational! I look like your second to last photo right now (of course I'm almost 2 years postpartum...I wasn't nearly as ambitious as you haha!) Glad to see it IS possible to lose the 'dunlap". :]

5'2. I've been below 110, people were genuinely worried about my health (I was on a too-high perscription of Adderall). Around 125 is when I felt my best-I was thin but curvy. I wore about a 4-6, depending on the store. :]

Way to go!!! That's so awesome! I'm ALMOST halfway to my first 20. xD

SO true. I used to weigh myself daily, and it was an emotional rollercoaster. I now weigh myself around 1.5-2 weeks, and I have to remind myself. Seeing the bigger differences are so fun!

Oh, yeah, we run around outside everyday for about 30-60 minutes a day...if I can't find time before it gets dark, I make a point to play chase in the apartment. I don't count this in MFP, I just put "lightly active" for my activity level. :]

Before reading, I thought that was strawberry froyo. *BARF*!!

I'm with you. o.0

Wow, I actually read all of that, and I'm so glad I did. Congrats to you, I almost teared up reading about almost giving up your daughter. My daughter is almost 2, around the age I'm guessing yours was around that time. I am SO glad for both of you that you are a much healthier person! I honestly have no idea what the…

Awesome!! So inspirational!

Dear god totally know what you mean. This obese woman I work with likes to post things on facebook like (I kid you not) "Calories don't make you fat, idiots! Fat makes you fat!" Another overweight woman constantly talks about Dr. Oz's latest bull like it was some hard-earned knowledge of hers, all while chugging down…

Woah girl!! You go!!

Ugh, I had someone tell me a couple weeks ago that I wasn't eating enough...I had burned my leg pretty bad and was stuck in bed for a good five days, so naturally, I wasn't hungry (I was also mostly knocked out with pain meds). Some people just get obsessive on here, and will find anything to try and make themselves feel…

On their site it says it's suitable for those lactose intolerant! :] Maybe it's made of soy?
-
Oh I totally agree. I was just curious what it was, because she was the only person I heard about it from, and it sounded so bizarre. Who eats an entire tomato for a mini-meal? o.o

I seriously just LOL'd at that!

There were a couple times she tried to lose weight, but she never wants to do it the healthy way. I even suggested MFP to her, she always wanted to do juice feasting or super low-carb, etc. Those are SO hard to stick to, especially for someone that's been eating unhealthily her whole life. I know it's a self-esteem issue…
