My doctor told me 30 or less. I really think it is individualized to your team's preference. Her theory is that if I am eating protein first, non-starchy veggies, then a little fruit or starch, I will stick to under 30 g.

I tried this tonight. I even got my daughter to eat it. OMG it was awesome. I spruced it up a bit (had to add some chicken broth to make it a little creamier than it was)....IT WAS AWESOME!!! I am now going to be buying lots of spaghetti squash!! Thanks OP for the ideas!

I saw an article in a Women's Fitness magazine that put broccoli and zucchini slices on the pizza...I wanna try it but haven't gotten around to it. I keep meaning to see if that magazine is still at my gym.
