Hello! I am new here (made an account 1 week ago) and I'd like to have some friends for support! I am not losing as much weight as expected and I need a little more motivation. Add me if you feel like it!
P.S. I am really new so I first posted it on ''Success story'' instead of here. I am sorry for the repost :ohwell:

Hi my name is Debbie Carroll. I live in Algonquin Ill. Started this program by accident my 4 yr old grandaughter found it on my Kindle, I really like it. I had to loose wieght for 2 reasons. 1. high blood pressure 2. im over weight. I weighed 218 when started 5 weeks ago and i have lost 11lbs. My daughter is getting married in September and i hope to be 20lbs lighter.0

Welcome all to MFP. Here you can find some really good support but you must be willing to document your food and exercise. The first step for me was deciding I didn't want to be overweight anymore. Then I got an excercise bike. Baby steps! then as your energy increases you can add additional excercises.
Feel free to add me.0
