I am in the same boat as you. I am down 93 and only have about 5 more to go and toning is what I need. I do use the Total Gym and Pilates Supreme and it has helped me. Just loose skin now. But I am doing something I never thought I would do. But I am having a arm lift in a few weeks. I so excited to have the wings gone.

I too started the c25k, I finished week 3 but my body is taking a toll. I stopped. I hate getting old. But I will just find something different. I was proud when I was doing the c35k. But we need to find out mojo! We can do this.

I can't hit 10,000 either. I have a tiny walk to my office, and the office is tiny and I am lucky with the bathroom just steps away. The water cooler is upstairs and the lunch room. I try a few squats jumping jacks in the bathroom. But I fail at it too. Plus an hour commute each way doesn't help me either. But I am losing…

I make my own shake in the evening for the morning. I use greek yogurt, protein powder and frozen cherries and water.

My favorite it I sautee onions and zuchini in olive oil, then I put in two links of chicken sausage (all bite size pieces) and add the cooked quinoa and yummy!!!
