How do you all get over the fear at the gym? Or is it just me. I was at the gem to talk to a personal trainer and I was scared of all the people in there. They was all skinny and full of muscles. How do you get over the fear?
I love wasabi seaweed snacks. Do you? Have you tried them? I get the Trader Joes by the case. I love them and eat the whole pack which is 60 calories PLUS the wasabi makes me drink more...WIN WIN for me.
