the other night i had about a whole homemade pizza (margerita with pepperoni and pineapple), half a litre of juice, 1/4 of a family sharing bag of nachos, loads of handfuls of nuts and raisins and about half a container of grapes. i felt so sick! wasn't even hungry. bad times, haha.

when people look at you like they think they're better than you because they're running faster - you're probably burning less than me running faster on a low incline than when i run a little slower if i'm running uphill.

apples! quite high in sugar, but natural sugar. they're quite filling as well :)

i always crave cheese on toast when i'm hungover! you could make that more healthy by using wholemeal bread and only having a very thin layer of cheese :) fruit smoothies are also good, get your energy up with good sugar rather than bad sugar!

i only tried it for the fun of it and i don't eat back my exercise calories anyway so i wouldn't eat according to it!

the one minute cooldown is the 10th minute :) but i agree, it would have depend on your weight really :S although i gave it beans and was sweating by the end of it!
