100 Calorie Workout?

i read on the internet that doing this would burn 100 calories (depending on your weight etc)
- 1 minute brisk walk
- 1 minute light jog
- 1 minute jumping jacks
- 1 minute long jumps (jump forward landing with both feet)
- 1 minute light jog
- 1 minute jumping jacks
- 1 minute squat and kick, alternating legs
- 1 minute light jog
- 1 minute long jumps
then a brisk walk to cool down.

Agree/Disagree that it would burn 100 calories, opinions? :)

    it's 9 minutes total, I can burn 100 kcal in 9 minutes only if I do HIIT
    but sure, a 160lbs guy can burn 100 with this easily...

    totally disagree. i wear my HRM a lot, which I know is not the end-all-be-all, but as far as walking, it will take me closer to 20 minutes to burn 100 calories. A lot of the other things you do in the 30 day shred and for 25 minutes I burn around 250. How disappointing if you actually believed this and ate according to this!
  • the one minute cooldown is the 10th minute :) but i agree, it would have depend on your weight really :S although i gave it beans and was sweating by the end of it!
  • i only tried it for the fun of it and i don't eat back my exercise calories anyway so i wouldn't eat according to it!
