thanks for advice! it would have to be something i could do at home because i have no time for gyms etc..so would step machine do anything at all? whats spinning? (other than getting dizzy lol) what dyou think would be the best sort of equipment to buy??

i get the odd nandos or indian if we are out for the day, other than that i make my own food, just curious to know which takeaway on whole was the worst... We watched that man vs food other night, he must be doing some damage to his body!:wink:

yes on the odd weekend, but am a bit of a binger, one or two vodkas usually ends up as lots more and drinking till loosing all dancing co-ordination :drinker: prob why im not loosing weight:ohwell:
