I am on the last 6-9lbs. I feel your pain. I upped my cals from 1200 to 1300 for this week. Going to see if it helps :) I also only eat half of my exercise calories.

Im curious too. Im still 7lbs from healthy bmi..but my body likes the number 143 :/ will read some Lyle.

Ive lost 71lbs...7ish more to go. I have loose tummy skin..but I had 2 babies via c section. I still have bat wings. I hope the last 7lbs is in my tummy and arms! Bottom line...being healthy overrides a little loose skin love :)

yes. seems like the last 10 or so are vanity lbs and our bodies are getting happy that close to our goal. Head up!

Ive gone from 214.6 to 143.8 as of today. My goal is 136.6 (healthy bmi)..and yes..my tummy still carries the weight. Im hoping in the next 8-10lbs..its better :/

before...carb and protein (bagel with pb) during for long runs...carb/protein bar or gel after...banana and choc milk :)

In high school..was mad at a friend..stole a for sale sign from in front of a house on her street that was for sale and put it in forn tof her house. Her dad was not happy. A few yrs ago..mad at the hubby..cleaned the toilet with his tooth brush...and never told him til like last yr. I made sure it didnt touch mine :)

I used to be that girl that hated to run. I would only run if a bear was chasing me..and then I only had to be faster than you..not the bear. I have my first half March 18th. Ive been training with two 4 milers on Tues and Thurs..then long run (any where from 6-10) on a weekend day. I have a 10.2 miler this weekend, 8 next weekend, 11 the next (will be the longest I run before the 13.1) then a 5 miler the weekend before. That will start the taper week. Im also…

Its also known as the 3 day military diet. They used to have recruits do it for basic training. I did it once..way back...lost 7lbs in a week...mostly water weight Im certain. I say go low carb/high protein for 3 days... (Im actually doing this Sun, Mon and Tues)

Im 5' 2....and a 36B. Weighing in at 145.6. Healthy BMI is 136.7. I plan to be comfortable at 132 :)

I eat a banana with PB every day. Its my breakfast at work. Easy and simple and keeps me full for 3 hrs about. Im not limiting fruit to stay under on sugar. Thats ridiculous...UNLESS you have a health issue.

I net 1100-1200 daily. I drink alot of water and run 3 days a week( 2 days are 4 milers and 1 day is long run- like 9) then strength train 3 days a week for 30 min broken into 5 minute intervals. I rest one day. My opinion only..give your body a rest! Eat 1200 calories 2 days a week..with no exercise or just a walk. See if…

I started in July with WW. Joined mfp in October. Since July 27th I have lost 68lbs as of today. I have 9lbs to go to first intial goal then another 5ish maybe :)

more water (10 glasses a day of 8 oz each) and 25 minutes of strength training broken into five 5 min sessions thru the day got me over a hump. Just a thought.

Im 5' 2....and my goal weight initially was 145. I am 147.2 today. I changed my goal weight to 136. Im not sure if Ill settle there or not. Im also a runner. Small frame.
