I heard this for years growing up. Now...Im 52lbs thinner..with another 23 to go...and my sex life with the hubby is way better...because I feel sexier..healthier. He has definitely came out ahead on this one! lol

I weight everyday..but only record M, W, F weigh ins here. Today is day 2 of my period for this month. I was down .2 lbs from Monday...but Im hoping when I say bye bye to it in 3 days that I have lost 3lbs :) Yeah..the bloat is being felt in my jeans today. Bought these size 10s Monday..fit perfect. 214.6 4/13/11 stated running but didnt watch what I was eating 209.6 7/27/11 first WW meeting 192.6 10/10/11 joined mfp 165.6 today (1lb away from being -50lbs lost!) 140 GOAL! (ideally March 17th for my first half marathon) I am 5' 2" and run 2-3 days a week.

I have been overweight my whole life. I had never had the feeling of being thin or skinny. Down 49 lbs..with 23 to go to goal..and trying to learn to love the new me. Hard to do when youve never seen that person before.

I wouldve ate the cupcake then ran 2 miles :) Kidding..but we cant not indulge ever...or I crave it more. Im still learning this too! Excellent on the 142lb loss! You rock!

I think Im going to try the calorie cycling thing starting on Sunday. Sounds like it may be the right direction :)

I run..and do intervals to keep my metabolism up..and I do weight/strength training on the bow flex 2 days a week..and use the kettle bell. I think I need to run harder..faster..since Im now 50lbs lighter to burn more in a smaller time frame. And try to eat all my calories!

So..what are we going to do about this??? :) Im sluggish on my runs..which I think has to do with the colder weather...and trying to rush thru so I can do the other 199 things I have to do every day. So...change up foods? Eat above cals for a few days? Ideas?

My first half is March 18th. Im pacing like 11:40 miles. Longest run to date is 7.6. I just want a sub 3:00 time...but shooting for 2:50 :) My biggest fear? Training falls in the dead of winter...like now :(

I started running in May. I have since then ran 3 5ks, an 8k and have another 5k in Jan and April and a half marathon in March! I was at 15 min miles in May...I am now at 11:40 average miles. I ran my 8k (5 miles) in 59:47. I hate running the "dreadmill" but love to be outside!

I started at 214.6. I set 145 as my goal. That is 70 lbs. I have lost 48.6 to date. According to BMI charts..I should be 136...but I am a runner..so I think 142-145 will be ideal. I am wearing a size 10 at 166 lbs...I want to wear a 6/8 and NOT be skinny fat which is why Ill be happy with 145 and a runners body :)

Im 5'2"..and just weighed in at 167.2 this morning. Started at 214.6 (July)...but started on mfp at 192.6 in October. Ill add you :)

I only weigh myself every other day..(M, W, F) and yes..I record it every other day here. I usually see a .4 loss every few days.

I already do this. 1 limit meat 2 days a week and then limit carbs 2 days a week..but I dont pig out on the other days.

I am a diet coke addict. But..I allow myself one 20oz diet coke a day..water the rest of the time. I dont drink coffee..so I need the caffeine fix. It also makes me feel full..not crave things. Hasnt affected me...to this date and Im 47lbs down. Eeveryone is different though:)

you need to take the time to try and go every day. If I dont go everyday, I feel awful!

I allow myself a 20 oz diet coke every day. The rest is water....usually (4) 16.9 oz bottles of water a day. I also take a fluid pill that my dr prescribed. Worst is the sodium..IMO.

I am the same way! ring too big and cold all the time. My coworkers hate me cause I constantly want the heat turned up! But wouldnt trade it for the way it used to be! :)
