2 egg whites on a whole wheat english muffin- 154 calories; add a cup of broccoli for 30 more calories and a half of a banana for 40 more calories :)

Youre eating 1400-1500 a day..and looks ok....but are you tracking sodium? I track mine...and you have to flush that stuff. Me..I eat 1200 cals a day..and on run days..I eat back half of my earned calories. Everyone is different though. Maybe try zig zagging and watch the sodium.

I try to eat clean...very few things processed...and all whole grain pasta and bread..and tons of fruits and veggies...lean meats. But thats just what it means for me :)

Stomach shrinks and you do feel full faster....and protein makes you feel fuller faster. Just my opinion. I say go to the jar of PB to get the rest in :)

I am a runner....so exercise isnt an issue for me. And I cross train 2 days a week as well. And it has taken me 5 months to drop 42lbs..so slow is my friend :) Just frustrating...as Im sure it would be for others as well :)

Just the 30 day shred yesterday...but have a 4 mile run tonight after work with a buddy. No tylenol..but motrin a few days ago...for headache. And yeah...probably not everyones idea of a plateau...but for someone who is used to the scale moving..its frustrating no less :) So..Ill stick to my plan thru the end of the week…

I only weigh at home every other day...and only officially weigh in once a week. I eat clean...and try to shake things up when things slow down..to keep my body guessing. Maybe some is water weight....maybe my body just needs a time out. I dont believe in cheat days....hell..I havent even had a cheat meal in months.

Sounds like what I went thru a few yrs ago. My heart would beat so fast..like 180 times a minute in the middle of the night and wake me up from a deep sleep! I would feel like I was going to pass out...and couldnt breath. Dr made me wear a heart monitor for 30 days and call in all the times I felt like this on a recording.…

I feel the same way. The chick that is 5'11 and weighs 172 (like me) looks alot better. It sucks being 5' 2" :) I have pictures in my profile. The profile pic...taken today. Im down 42lbs..with 28 to go. Head up :)

No idea....but I did lose close to 42lbs in 3 months just by eating my 1200 calories a day and running 12-15 miles per week.

Yeah..this one only checks my heart rate when I place my fingers on the silver buttons. I will check on the height and weight option. Its a pretty expensive device from the mio site....maybe I need to dig a little deeper and make sure Im operating it correctly!

Its a MIO, no chest strap. Tends to be a little low for my runs too....but this is insane. And yes..i was working hard...level 1...sweaty.

I have lost 42lbs..and it has taken me 6 months. I have another 28lbs to go to get to my goal of 145. Started at 214.6. Today I weigh 172.6. Add me...we started about the same and have a relatively close to the same goal.

size 18/20 to a 10 now.

I go to weight watchers to weigh in..and get the helpful info...but i dont follow that food plan.
