I hit the halfway mark last Friday...then yesterday I saw 37lbs gone..33 to go. So..im starting down the hill :) Yay! and congrats!

go 3 days no meat...get your protein from eggs, PB...then go 3 days no carbs..except for fruits and veggies. Still get in your calories...but without those things. It will shock your body.

I stay clear of processed foods. Whole foods are so much better and filling. I do leftovers from the night before (whole wheat pasta, turkey burgers, turkey BLT) or special k :)

The hubby and kids and I head to my parents for dinner. My sister is making whole wheat rolls and using whole wheat pasta in the mac and cheese for me. Youre not eating your base of 1200 cals a day..and your diary isnt consistent. You have to be consistent. More fruits and veggies..all WHOLE foods. I dont see that youre logging your exercise? Chin up..and log log log:)

I havent exactly pleateaued (knock on wood)...but I have slowed down. Hit the 35lbs lost mark..was losing about 3- 3.5lbs a week...now it is slowing to 1.5 lbs a week lose...which is fine and healthy...but I try to shake things up...so..for 3 days at a time..I cut out all meat. Ive been running since May..5ks...8k coming up...half marathon in the spring. Youre a runner whether you started today..yesterday or 5 yrs ago. There are fast runners and slow runners...but you are one! Embrace it!

Ive lost 31lbs..and I am noticing some loose skin on my tummy...the stretch marks that were tight..are now realllly wrinkly...toning will help..but slow process.

Im only at 1200 cals a day..on a day with a run...I earn about 600 cals...which gives me 1800 to eat. I never go over the 1400 mark.. On a strength training day...I dont eat those calories at all..just stick to the 1200...cause I dont feel like I worked my body hard enough..that it deserves them. Everyone will have a…

Im dealing with this too. Im in a size 12...and still see a size 18 in the mirror...and everyone tells me how good i look..how much weight i lost..and even tho the scale tells me..i just cant wrap everything around it..ya know? Im down 30lbs...45 to go to UG....When Im 140..will i still see a 215 lb person???

Same thing happened to me. I was doing WW and was gaining..like .6 a week. So..I tracked the calories I was getting in the WW points...way too many calories! I just do calories now. Thanks to MFP!!!!

yeah..taper the week before. Im running 12-15 miles per week..Have done 2 5ks and have an 8k in 3 weeks..and a half marathon in March. And eat a protein /carb an hour before. (Think pb on toast)

I try to only eat back half of my exercise calories..and I am noticing that it seems to give me more exercise calories than I probably deserve.
