Turkey hill chocolate peanut butter ice cream. I havent had that in 8 months. I am 18lbs from goal weight...I plan to eat it very soon..lol

there is ALOT of fast food and processed food in your diary. Sodium....and those regular sodas.

Ive been overweight since I was like 4. My mother fed me mashed potatoes, soda in a bottle (remember it was the 70s), cheese by the pound! and I had issues with bowel movements so she tended to feed me karo syrup quite often as well. My mother passed away when I was 7. Then I guess it was family feeding me bad comfort food…

4 to 5 bottles..which is 8-10 glasses. More on a run day.

I am 5"' 2"...sw weight at 214.6 CW is 157.2. goal is 140 and UGW is 135. Im also a runner. fish, chicken, oats, fruits, veggies I also made room for fat free cool whip, l wheat thins and pringles, and the occassional slice of pizza :) Its a lifestyle change..not a diet :)

Ive been running since May 2011. My pace is 11:40 min miles. Averaging about 5.2 miles an hour. Have my first half marathon in March...wanting a 2:45:00 finish. Doing 6.5 in 1:20:03...so hoping I can sustain that pace for 13.1. Training is in full force for that :) I do have trouble keeping my first mile the slowest...I…

If I burn more than 200 cals doing a run..yes...I eat them. If I do a 20 min 2 mile run and burn 160 cals..no I wont.
