I know that when you are working out that hard you need to eat to fuel your body, try meeting your calorie goal. when you are under your calories your body thinks its going into starvation and holds on to it fat stores for energy.keep up the good work and don't get discouraged you are doing amazing in the gym :smile: Carol

Day 2 done. OMG its hard I am VERRRRRY out of shape with almost a hundred pounds to lose. I have a hard time with the Jumping Jacks as well but I managed to do ONE 30 seconds rep with out stopping today. When I was done I jumped into the pool and swam laps for 15 min. I feel amazing. I'm glad to have somewhere to report…

I use hard boiled egg whites(toss the yolk) and fill with tuna salad, I use Greek yogurt in place of mayo in the tuna.
