Hi everyone
I thought that we all my have some tricks up our sleeves to share. I am sure we do things to help make our life style changes or diets, which ever path we my be on easier for us. Here are a few of mine.
I went to the dollar store and bought measuring cups, spoons and small containers. I put them in to boxes or containers of food. If the serving size is 3/4 cup I keep that measuring cup in the box . I also buy almonds and other snack foods in bulk so I count out my 12 almonds and put them in salad dressing containers I do a weeks worth at a time. another thing salad dressing caps measure 1 tablespoon that one has helped in a pinch.
I use reusable containers for snacks and lunches instead of baggies my little part of being green, all those baggies add up.
Thanks Carol

GUM!! That is my trick. Hungry? I grab some gum. Feel like something sweet? I grab some gum. It helps me not snack all day.0

I give myself rewards for pound levels every 10 pounds I get a little prize that I wouldn't normally get. For example my last prize was a MAC lipstick, I can't afford MAC so it was something a little extra special. I also give my self workout goals, for example right now I'm walking to Paris because that is my final prize. If I maintain my complete weightloss for one year I'm going on a trip to Paris!0
