I agree, I just don't buy it! As for exercising.. it's hard for me sometimes bc I'm so tired from trying to keep up with my 2 & 4 yr olds during the day & waking up with my 3 mo old at night! (just thinking about it makes me sleepy! lol :yawn: ) I just have to remind myself that the only way I'm not going to be fat anymore…

I looked at Wal-mart & couldn't find it, so I ordered it from amazon.com & the total, including shipping, was $10.47!!! :noway: I was pretty shocked at how cheap it was! lol I got through the whole work-out today (my 1st time) but I had to stop in the middle to nurse my son! Tomrrow will be my real first day! :happy:

I finally got my DVD in the mail & I'm completely stoked!!! :bigsmile: Does anyone know how I should log in the exercise or about how many cals burned? I'm 5'6, 184 lbs. Should I just log it in as aerobics?

I have a really good digital scale that my hubby bought me from Walgreens.. for $10! I get on it about 6 times when I weigh myself & it always says the same number! It's glass.. the brand is Wexford.

He's only 2 mos. I've been putting in an extra 550 bc he gets about 5 oz a feeding & he eats at least 6 times a day. I'm not really worried about my milk supply bc I have TONS of milk. Ok, so I know that you're supposed to eat your exercise calories... but should I be eating the calories burned by nursing? The reason I ask is bc with my 2nd son, I dropped weight very quickly. I was eating but not as much as I am now, bc I'm eating the calories I've burned. I never feel hungry (which is a good thing) & I…
