PiYo question...
Any suggestions on what to log my PiYo workouts under? Today I did it under Power Yoga but not sure if that's a good idea? Also, I don't have a heart rate monitor. Thanks in advance!

I finally got my DVD in the mail & I'm completely stoked!!! :bigsmile: Does anyone know how I should log in the exercise or about how many cals burned? I'm 5'6, 184 lbs. Should I just log it in as aerobics?

Ok, so I know that you're supposed to eat your exercise calories... but should I be eating the calories burned by nursing? The reason I ask is bc with my 2nd son, I dropped weight very quickly.
