i found that if i bake my wonton wrapper and then put on broil for a few seconds they dont get chewy just gotta watch cuz u will deffinitely burn them quick :)

One pound is great you shouldnt feel so discouraged 1 pound is better then nothing. Gaining weight doesnt happen over night and neither does losing weight so dont beat yourself up too bad. Deffinitely try Mrs Dash no salt seasonings...they are the only ones I use Depending on what your cooking you can buy bags of mixed celery, onions and peppers which will add great flavor also

I have never struggled with anorexia but I have with the binge eating and every once in awhile slip and I think most of us at one time or another have struggled with binge eating sometimes without realizing it until its to late. You just have to stick to your guns its YOUR body YOUR the one that has to live in it so dont let anyone including your parents make you feel like you need to eat something that is going to make you feel bad later. Just remember that you can have anything in moderation...so if its a big peice of cake then cut the peice…

My boyfriend's metabolism is like that he is a personal trainer and has a really hard time gaining weight he eats 7000 calories a day I eat under 1200 cals and still end up gaining weight :angry: lol Good luck with your weight loss i will add you if you ever need support or motivation im here for you :flowerforyou:

For breakfast I normally just eat plain oatmeal with raisens and a tsp of brown sugar cause its fast but once in a while i will take 2 egg whites, chopped onions and peppers, fresh spinach, turkey bacon, a tbsp of salsa and mix it all together cook it up tastes so good For lunch or dinner I cut up cooked chicken tenders,…

I eat 1/2 cup of plain oatmeal with a few raisens and a tsp of brown sugar or 2 eggs whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, green pepper and 2 peices of turkey bacon all scrambled together sometimes with a tbsp of salsa sooooo yummy :love:

First off HOLY SODIUM :tongue: lol way to much of it and it looks like its mostly from the fast food that you have atleast once a day which i dont know your schedule but you can make those breakfast sandwiches at home with way less sodium. I also noticed you dont eat to much at lunch some times maybe some yogurt and cheese…
