I took a look at your food diary maybe you should switch up the way your eating like more lean meats and veggies that way you wont have so much sodium. You could try it out for a few days or a week and then see if that helps..good luck

All i drink is water, milk occasionally been that way for alittle over 4 yrs but If I remember correctly I believe it is a half an oz per pound that you weigh I will have to double check unless someone else knows :)

This is my 5th day on here and I have definitely tried lossing weight on my own but after a few days I just go right back to eating not as healthy and not working out everyday so I absolutely know have the friends on mfp is making a difference for me :) you are all going to do great!
