Should I eat yougurt???
I've heard that its good for your body to have yogurt everyday but I can't get over how much sugar is in one little cup :noway: So is it even necessary? Does anyone eat yogurt everyday or notice a difference from eating it? Probably really doesnt matter but i was just wondering..Thanks

ok so i have a question about sugar
I could eat apples all day long along with other fruits but By the time I eat a banana and an apple for the day my suguar is pretty much all used since MFP set me at 35. I know its natural sugar but still 16 grams in and apple and 17 grams in a banana....should I even worry about it? Thanks!
