meat and vegtables pickels, peanut butter, eggs, various types of cheese, if you go low carb you need fats. Avacados, nuts I do LOTS of flavored almonds. Stay away from root vegtables if you can Higher carbs. Watch your fruit intake

I am doing low carb, I will eat bread on occassion but try to limit my intake. I have gone months with no bread and had no ill effects. It is something I do miss but it hasnt caused me any hardships. Give it a try and see what happens
