My Introduction

Wanted to introduce myself, introduced to MFP by a co-worker. Have been devoted to it for about 4-1/2 months. I am 47, my starting weight was 325 am down to 270. I have tried many fad diets and have lost weight multiple times in my life. As an adult we all know that the only logical way to do this is "Eat Less and Exescise More" Have been in the gym 5 days a week, every week, even on vacation : ) I have been retraining my brain in nutrition and feeding my body the right way.

I have seen so many inspiring posts, thought I would start contributing.

    Welcome to the forums. You are right this is the place for inspiring, supportive people. Congrats on you weight loss so far. Sounds like you have made a lifestyle change, which is the only way this is sustainable.
