i am just starting again today 5ft 3" and 159 pounds iam size 16-18 on top ( uk) and 12-14 bottoms, i would love to lose 40 pounds and get back to 119 pounds, need motivation and a lot of help:sad:

just joined today,i am crrently off work with a bad back and painful leg. mri scan shows bulging discs so i am unable to exercise at the moment. all i seem to want to do is eat everything in the house, so decided to join and get on track even if i cant do much exercise i can stop eating everything in the house, need…
