My time is now!

I've kind of tried losing weight in the past, but this time I am COMMITTED to losing this spare tire. I'm logging my food and using Fitbit pedometer and scale. I'm a couch potatoe looking to just get moving :) Friend me if you think we can help each other.

    I went to the Doctor this past week & was floored when the nurse announced my weight. I had the usual plan to try & lose some pounds after the holidays. But after thinking about now has to be my time for tomorrow is not promised to any of us. Yesterday was my starting point and I'm proud of my little accomplishments such as: doing a food journal,not over eating & I got out and walked for 30 minutes this morning. :) I pray that everyone is successful at reaching there goals.
