  • also, to keep ur calories in check, and to controll portions, drink a few glasses of water before you eat. it will fill you up and help you eat smaller portions. and the water weight goes away when well, you go! lol. it works for me!
  • and hey just for a tip in case u guys didn't know, but if u r trying to cut down on calories and food intake, just drink a glass or two of water before you eat. it will fill you up so you don't want to eat as much! and it comes out next time you go lol. hope that helps! it has for me.
