Ahhh no one wants to join :-( Anyways..day1/20 went ok! I was planning not to eat any of my exercise calories back but did end up eating some of it. Burned around 600 calories....so far, so good!

Did you try drinking tons of water? I realized that increasing my water intake and dividing my day into 6 meals keeps me full.
