Im doing 30 day shred so thats about 25mins a day. Im eating all the cals mfp says and my exercise cals back. It estimates me at 1300 cals a day then with exercise I add 300, so 1500 cals a day. I dont know if thats enough or not.

thanks. I'm actually doing group fitness les mills classes at my gym so I guess if I don't like it then I can go back to jogging and weights at the gym...it is just boring for me.

Im not concerned about sodium....just wondering how it affects weight loss......and my family doesn't like raw broccoli so I need to at least cook it for them but thanks for the tips! I'll get a steamer and give it a try!!
