Hey there, what electrolyte brand do you use?

I have a a varidesk pro and I purchased the imprint standing mat on amazon. I've been using it for several weeks now and I love it. When I have to do something a bit more intense at work, I can easily lower the varidesk to desk level and sit for a bit if need be.

Hello! I have a 5 year old son that has Autism. He was diagnosed at 33 months old, but could have seriously been diagnosed at 22 months old. We thought it was just a speech delay, but his SLP noticed a few "autistic traits" and motivated us (i initially did not take this well) to have our son looked at. Sure enough, Ethan…

I had all 4 teeth removed at once. My bottom sockets are closing slowly, but there are parts that are still "open" in a way I guess. I can't see my top sockets and I am avoiding "feeling" them with my tongue. :) I haven't had any bleeding since Sunday, so I think I am doing good with the healing. Thanks for the ideas so…

LOVE IT. I eat some everyday! I have stopped eating chips, and now eat carrots and hummus instead. I personally enjoy the roasted garlic hummus, and my local store has a Jalapeno Cilantro Hummus that is very good!! I do limit myself, I only eat the suggested serving size. If I could, I would eat the entire tub. :)

My son is gluten and dairy free. There are a ton of different options to replace your dairy, just be sure to be knowledgeable about the different forms of "dairy" (casein) to know for sure what you are eating is truly dairy free. http://www.godairyfree.org/Product-List-Downloads.html This link has very informative dairy…

I'm 5'10" and started out at 193, I am currently at 175, I would like to be at 145-150. I am losing my weight slow and steady, so hopefully I'll get there by fall. I started my journey on 10/12/12.

I would love to pay $91 bucks every 3-4 weeks. I have a car that averages 30 mpg. and I fill my car up every week. I have a 10 (ish) gallon gas tank, filled it up at $4.21/gallon = $42.10 I do this every Friday. So for 3 weeks I pay: $126.30 Please keep in mind the European countries have a TON more taxes that hike up…

As of today in Modesto, California $4.21/gallon (regular) it makes me nauseous.

You are my twin, except for the current weight. Spot on for height and pretty much spot on for start weight!

I'm 5'10" and I have a goal of 145-50. This used to be my normal weight up until I graduated from college, met my husband and had a baby. ;-) I'm trying to (finally) get back to what I used to always be!! Started at 193. Currently I'm 177.

Thanks guys!! I have long legs and a long torso, so my weight (thankfully) is distributed evenly. It's still there though! It's been a nice slow and even weight loss. Some weeks I'll lose more, others I wont lose at all! I'll take a plateau over a gain any day!

I was able to figure out how to re-size it!! whahoo!

I injured my left ankle last week and I am having to forgo my circuit training, stair climbs, jogging, etc. The only thing I can really even do is walk slow (totally sucks) and get on my bike trainer. What workouts did you do while you were "out of commission" with working out?!
-
Ankle pain has put me at a standstill. Its happened a few times so far. I get a random sharp pain if I step on my left foot wrong, and it usually happens when I am wearing heals at work. It definitely comes and goes. Hopefully it resolves itself. Otherwise I might find myself in the doctors office soon!

tell your friend to invite you, there is no waiting list that way. :)

Worked out Saturday AND Sunday. Got on the scale this morning, 5 pounds lost so far. Pretty exciting for me.

So this is our fourth week doing this!!! Wow. I'm still on level two. I find I have a more intense work out on the lower levels, simply because I can do mostly everything. I tried level three, finished it, but it was no where near how I feel after level one and two. I will just have to work my way up!! :glasses:

This guy really knows his stuff! I am interested in his workout plan for women. May have to check it out! http://visualimpactforwomen.com/

W2D2 completed yesterday. Those crab push ups are not getting any easier....
-
W2D1 finished last night! those weird push ups are crazy hard, I switched it to regular push ups, it's definitely something that is going to take me a little more time to work up to!
