Haha Jenn, yeah... Yoga is not for everyone! But it super good for your core strength and flexibility depending on intensity so I thought I should include it. You could try doing a really good stretching routine and some balancing exercises instead? Sounds like you had an awesome time and a great workout with the kayaking…

^^ this is me too. It's such a pain when I have a really full on day and I know that doing even just 30 min of cardio will take actually take an hour and a half all up by the time I do all the shower/dry/hair business afterwards! :ohwell: Gotta be done tho...
