Sorry I don't have any before pictures, but if I thought I could change my 260 pound body to this 175 pound body in 9 months, I probably would have taken before pictures. This was a whole lot of exercise and not a lot of useless foods.

I told my wife we are doing PLYOMETRICS every Tuesday for the rest of our lives...she said, "not me!"

    Exactly, I tell people all the time, "it's going to take hard work and time." The transformation of my body was not an overnight fix. My wife was a big motivator because she transformed with me. There were days when I didn't feel like exercising but she put on a pair of adidas booty shorts and said let's go. She's a P90X grad also.

    Thanks for all your words of encouragement.

    It's a bitter sweet feeling when nothing in your closet fits anymore. I was in high school when I could fit a size 32 in jeans
