I saw a sports specialist. He took some xrays, ultra sound and physical test. And diagnosed with grade 2 ligament tear. He gave some anti inflammatory and recommended PT. Reese - sorry could not cover your back Sunday - 40 km (Gunung Nuang Endurance Run from 6 am to 6 pm: Its a hiking/trail run) Black toes on both feet. Terrible pain in joints (knees and ankle) and normal muscle sore. But still satisfied looking at my medal and finisher T. Monday - Rest Tuesday - confirm still be resting.
