It sounds to me like you are doing everything right.. meal prepping, taking things slowly, one day at a time. That is awesome. You can do it, keep that mindset and dont rush into anything. Congratulations to you!!

WOW!! This is a great thread! Thank you everyone for commenting. I will be 4 mths out tomorrow and my weight loss I feel is starting to get slower. I lost 10#'s last mth and my scale is just stuck right now. I think I may not be eating enough. I am in the gym 6 days a week and eat about 800-1000 calories a day.

I think exercise is just plain good for you. I am pretty sure you can lose weight without it, but I think if you do it, the weight will just start melting off. Even if its just walking.
