I also second (or third) the cauliflower rice. I just take a head of cauliflower and grate some with a cheese grater and sautee that up with some olive oil, peppers, shrimp and low sodium soy sauce. YUMMMMYY!

I've never gained with Lexapro. It's the Trazadone that is getting me this time. Citalopram is generic for Celexa right?? Now I couldnt take that b/c it make my stomach sick.

I ALWAYS wear my HRM for any kind of exercise, even weight lifting. It's more accurate than anything else.

I am "bumping" b/c I would like to hear the advice to this as well. I am doing ChaLean Extreme and this morning when I bend my lower back is hurting, like the muscles there are sore. I am not sure if I am not in correct form while doing the lifting or if really I am just going to be sore there from the bending. I hope "we"…

I belong to a gym, but I have been doing my workouts at home. I am doing ChaLean Extreme right now and just feel like I get more out of the workout at home than I would at the gym right now. If I get stuck or get in a rut somehow I might switch it up and start going to tehe gym again. Sory, just realized I was no help!

I read that people log it under "Circuit Training" but a HRM is the way to go, that way you'll know for sure how many calories you're burning.

I just had salmon last night. LOVE IT!!! I just put some cajun seasoning on each fillet, put a tiny bit of butter in the pan and bake it for 20 minutes. So yummy and easy!!

I have the Polar FT4 and I love it!! I got mine at Target for $100 I believe. Very easy and it also has the chest strap.
