your best bet is to get a heart rate monitor and it will be much more accurate. i second that most of each 25 minute session is 200-250. and for 25 minutes that's pretty damn good. i use optimum nutrition and its good. if your worried about not liking something make sure to shop at GNC if you don't like it you can return it. i returned a strawberry flavour as it was just plain dreadful

for me i eat processed foods i count calories i exercise (strength training is very helpful to me) as I've read having more muscle will make you burn more calories in a sedentary state but i do believe that processed foods are not good at all but its just so damn convenient.

Strength training will help to tone things up. something along the lines of stronglifts 5x5 or doing some of funk roberts metabolic workouts. he does a lot of things like burpees which are great all around body excercise.

i do stronglifts 5x5 and i have added the variation of power clean to front bar squat as i don't have a squat rack. the main thing to be careful of a power clean is that form is crucial.

i get that but all of the sugars you listed are unrefined natural sources. things like refined sugar and HFCS are definitely not something you want to be consuming 440 grams of. dont get me wrong i still enjoy many sweets and am maintaining good health and weight.

if the doctors think this is ok then you shouldn't have to worry about it. myself personally i return to my resting heart rate within a 10 minutes. on that note i do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) such as tabata and the M100's so maybe that helps my heart rate return better.

i think if you want to take it take it. me myself i try to refrain from using most drugs in a lot of cases even for headaches i will just bear with it. but this whole BS of dying from it cmon there are a lot of things you can die from do you avoid all of those. heck i'm sure you have higher odds of dying while driving

The other thing is that heart rate monitors calculations become less accurate if you are not in the designated heart rate zone. my polar FT4 sets my heart rate zone to 126-165. i find when i'm under that the calculations become inaccurate.

no problem i eat 176 grams of protein daily.

if you want to use the bar just leave the clips off the side and if your in a jam you can just tils to bar and all the weight will fall off of each side. but on that note i just use dumbell's. helps me keep a more even training of each side as with the bar i notice my right side seems to take more weight.

got the starfrit too it was 14.99 i weight most everything. some things might come up higher that the serving size in grams especially my bran cereal near the end of the box because the flakes are all busted up and more fits into the cup.
