Anyone know of a way to calculate body fat % from home? Any advice would be appreciated!

Invest in a tape measure...........I bought mine at Walmart (fabric department) for maybe less than $2-3.
Go to this website, or simply Google "body fat calculator":

It's not exact, but it will give you a rough idea of where you are, and if you use it consistently, it will also give you a rough idea of how much body fat you are losing over the course of time.0 -
you can purchase cheap fat fold calipers
body fat scales though fairly inaccurate
dont know how accurate this will be but might get you in the ballpark anyways
