Calculating body fat %

Anyone know of a way to calculate body fat % from home? Any advice would be appreciated!

Invest in a tape measure...........I bought mine at Walmart (fabric department) for maybe less than $2-3.
Go to this website, or simply Google "body fat calculator":

It's not exact, but it will give you a rough idea of where you are, and if you use it consistently, it will also give you a rough idea of how much body fat you are losing over the course of time.

you can purchase cheap fat fold calipers

body fat scales though fairly inaccurate

dont know how accurate this will be but might get you in the ballpark anyways
