  • Thanks, gals.. I am trying to exercise more, i find it also helps a little. I do not weigh or measure my food, but i always undereat my sleeve. I still have super good restriction. I think my bodys just used to my routine and I need to change it up a little =)
  • I would love to know too, I have gone through 3 scales none accurate enough (plus one got broken because my 3yr old got a hold of it when i was not home and daddy just happened to not be paying attention)

  • drink lots and lots of water, make sure your eating enough calories, and eat at least some of your exercise calories, make sure your eating balanced also..But it is wise to see the doctor just to make sure.

  • I made a weight watchers cheese cake recipe once, and everybody actually liked it better then the regular cheese cake at the party!!
  • If you eat only 1/2 a cup of chocolate ice cream its only like 130 calories, but the trouble is eating more then that. Or make homemade brownies with splenda/ or truvia, I think its called, they are natural, maybe use lowfat ingredients for the rest??

  • ok then it calculated right, I try to eat my exercise calories, because I walk 1.75 miles almost everyday and that increases my calories to about 1800 .

  • try only weighing yourself once a week, and you probably have lost inches, use measurements to track the inches youve lost. Also when you exercise you get extra calories to use, and if you dont use some of them your body will think there is a famine and you can actually gain weight.
  • DITTO!!! if you dont eat some of your exercise calories your body will think you are starving and store fat instead of burning them!
  • you also have to remember that muscle weighs more then fat, so you might be losing fat, but gaining muscle so take that into count also.....
