I don't stop eating based on time. If I'm hungry, I eat. If I'm not hungry, I simply stop eating. Try not to over analyze it and as cheesy as it sounds, just listen to your body.

usually 1 egg, 1 piece of toast, a mini banana, blueberries and a greek yogurt with flaxseed.

I was never that big to begin with, but I would say it took about 15lbs before I got unsolicited compliments on my weight.

You will lose weight, but it will be a mixture of muscle and fat. Muscle helps burn calories. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Since you're pressed for time, I would consider doing circuit training that involves intervals of cardio along with intervals of weights. In 1/2 an hour, if you're pushing…

I like making a yummy no-bake ricotta dessert! Mix 1/4C part skim ricotta cheese with a 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Then squeeze in a little lemon and add a little of your favorite sweetener. (1 tsp liquid raw sugar, agave, maple syrup...etc) Add 1/2 C blueberries and yum!

Good for you! I go through a jar of nacho cheese like every three days and I'm not a meatball yet! Go eating what we like!

Chicken Pesto "Spaghetti." Cut the squash in half and scoop out the gooey stuff. Then put the halves on a baking pan so they look like overturned canoes. Then bake them at about 350 to 375 degrees for about 20 mins. Poke them with a fork to see if the flesh is fairly tender. If it is, then shred the squash with a fork to…

Adrenalize by In This Moment. It really gets the blood moving! I almost feel like a superhero while I'm running. It always gets me through a tough stretch.

skinnytaste.com has epic recipes. They're mostly very easy to make. The recipes are healthy, but they actually have flavor, too. They include nutrition info for the food as well as Weight Watcher's points. I got a really good pesto recipe from them as well as other globally inspired fair.

Fat is good! Avocados, olive oil, lean meats! I swear you will lose weight while eating healthy fats! You crave less stuff if you consume a little fat here and there.

:Brownie Sundae!!! 1 deep chocolate vitamuffin topped with 1/4C Greek yogurt, a few strawberries, and a drizzle of light Hershey chocolate syrup. You're looking at only about 160ish calories of pure yumminess :)

Working out at home can be too distracting because you can easy just quit early to go clean something or do laundry and such. The gym offers NO DISTRACTIONS.

Fructose is treated differently by your body than sugar from a candy bar. Enjoy the fruit!

Anything that has some kind of sauce or dressing should always have it ON THE SIDE. AVOID ANYTHING COATED IN A CREAM OR BUTTER SAUCE. Go for the basics like grilled chicken or fish. If you get a salad, be wary of sneaky, fatty things like excess cheese or tortilla strips.

Diet Coke is kinda icky...no....really icky....it tastes as artificial as it is. It's probably not terrible for you in moderation, but why don't you try mixing club soda with a splash of fruit juice. It nixes the carbonation craving for me.

hummus and veggies!!!!! yum!!!

Don't worry! My best friend always gets so jealous and cold about my weight-loss. It would be nice if people could be supportive, but some people are so insecure with themselves!

That's so awful!! Kids can be so cruel, but good for you for not showing them how much it hurt.
