  • When I first started I had the same problem. I had a bad habit of eating low calories in the morning and eating heavy calories at night. I have begun to higher calories early in the day and less at night. Try eating lot of fruits and veggies in the evening and save the heavy stuff for the mornings. I hope this helps. Jenn

  • Hey, I'm kinda having the same problem. I am getting a little tired of just veggies. My sister told me to eat some almonds. The Imperial Nuts brand that I am eating is 170 calories for 27 nuts. It is a different snack. I hope this helps Jenn
  • Glad to see that I am not the only new person here. Woohooo! We can do this!! My name is Jennifer, I am a 46 year old stroke patient and I have seizures. My weight is something that I have struggled with since starting my meds in 1990. I'll never get back down to 150 from 255 but I'll get as close as I can. :)
