Anyone who doesn't see a BIG difference is crazy! Like pp said, if your around them all the time they might not notice a change because they see you often and change is gradual. Either way, you look great!

I just hit 35lbs down today (still have 15lbs to go), and it took me about 5 and a 1/2 weeks. That being said 25lbs of that was baby/water weight etc. I had my son October 11th so I've been tracking since then. Ewwwwww... To the OP, back in the day (way back), I tried this and lasted about 8 hours before I wanted to chew my own arm off. I agree with everyone else though, eating actual food and exercise is the only real way to successfully lose weight and keep it off. Good luck with whatever you decide :)
